Merge to New Characters
Your collection includes ordinary patients and staff alongside mysterious Anomalies. Characters such as Ratthew, Barney, Dr. Harlow, and Stalker can appear as you work your way through the collection. The goal is to keep expanding your board and discover what character is waiting behind the next unlock. The main mechanic is to find matching characters and merge them together. Start by buying characters and placing them on the board. As you get more matching characters, combine them and make room for something new.
You can also tap characters to fill your meter and generate coins more quickly. More coins mean more opportunities to buy characters and continue your merging chain. Records can be placed into available slots and collected once their timer is complete. When a Record is ready, you can open it to receive several characters at once.
